WiseGuys Digital Marketing was called in to help Brookside Commons increase the traffic at their property. To do this, WiseGuys Digital Marketing ran Google Ads and performed Local SEO to get in front of people searching for apartments in the Kansas City area.

- Building 1 (60 Units) and Building 2 (49 Units) stabilized (reached or exceeded 95% occupancy) in only 11 months.
- Building 3 (101 Units) officially opened for move ins on 7/1/23 and has only 10 units remaining available at this time, which puts Building 3 at 90% preleased in just a little over two months. I attached a report here that shows all of those move-ins- Trending Occupancy YYCO.
- Between all 3 buildings, we are preleased at 95% and occupied at 91%, which is incredible for just receiving half of our units in only 60 days.
Within the first 12 months of opening, we increased our base market rents from $1.74 to $1.97 PSF
