Altitude 970 Apartments Case Study

BASIC OVERVIEW OF RESULTS: 

Altitude 970, owned by A.G. Spanos, was looking for creative ways to promote the opening of their new luxury apartment complex in Kansas City, Missouri. A.G. Spanos Companies is a builder of multifamily residences, commercial buildings, and communities and considered to be one of the biggest apartment developers in the United States.

Their main objective was to generate leads and increase the number of visitors to their new property. WiseGuys decided to shoot professional videos and photos to display this amazing property. After the professional video and photos were taken, we used the video in Facebook and Youtube ads targeting their key demographic to generate leads and increase foot traffic. We also created Geofences around competing properties and targeted the residents in those communities with attractive offers.
